TRANSENDANCE
Transcendence is about visibility and empowerment for trans and feminine individuals, challenging the negative portrayals, violence, and erasure we often face in society. This series sparks a conversation around the controversiality of trans bodies, confronting the objectification, politicization, and dehumanization that often accompanies our existence.
Through these works, I seek to place trans bodies in a position of visibility, encouraging viewers to challenge their biases and see us not as subjects of controversy but as human beings—people who, like anyone else, simply want to exist and be accepted. Transcendence invites viewers to reflect on our shared humanity and to recognize the strength and resilience of trans and queer individuals in a world that often tries to silence us.
